We believe coaching is about developing people’s individual capabilities and competence as well as expanding their horizons and overcoming internal obstacles to growth. As business psychologists our coaching methods are based on a firm understanding of human psychology and a broad appreciation of methods and applications. 

We work with the Analytic-Network Coaching System™ as the basis of our coaching practice.  Developed over the past two decades, it draws on Phd research, two academically acclaimed books and a wealth of coaching and leadership experience. The A-N Coaching System™ is the most advanced in the market as it is based on the worlds first Meta-theory of coaching (Western 2013).
